Do I have to sign up to a long-term contract?
Absolutely not. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required for our regular and reliable window cleaning service.
Are you insured to clean windows?
Yes. Boring Cleaning is fully insured for all of our external cleaning work with £1,000,000 liability insurance to protect your home or business and to give you peace of mind.
How do you clean windows?
We use a water-fed pole system and use purified water so you don’t get a sticky residue left behind that attracts more dirt. (This means you save money as you only need to have them washed once every 8 weeks instead of once every 4). We thoroughly wash the frames as well as the glass to prevent you from getting streaks when it rains. This method also means that we can clean your windows safely from the ground, no need for ladders and we can clean all of those hard to reach windows.
Do you clean commercial windows?
To be honest commercial window cleaning is pretty similar to domestic window cleaning, apart from the windows are bigger and there are more of them. We use the latest equipment to clean windows. We will get the job done fast and as we are Boring your staff won’t want to stand around and chat with us. We are reliable and will ensure that your business looks perfectly clean at all times so your customers don’t judge you!
Which areas do you cover?
We provide regular window cleaning services and other external cleaning services in Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea, Gower, Llanelli, Porthcawl, Bridgend, Carmarthen, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, Newport and Bristol.
How much does it cost?
Boring cleaning offers a wide range of external cleaning services. We are happy to provide a free competitive quote for the service you require. A lot of the time we don't need to visit to do this as it can be possible to use tools such as google earth meaning we are able to keep a good social distance.
How and when do I pay for my service?
Cash is dead. We use GoCardless which is a secure cashless service and it is fully protected and covered by the bank by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Once your service is completed you will get an email from GoCardless which will state we are requesting for payment which would be taken in the coming days. If you are unhappy or do not wish to allow that payment to go through you can then simply stop it.
What if I am unhappy with my window cleaning service?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, especially as the majority of our work is repeat customers. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee and we will immediately rectify any issues you may have.
How will you protect me against COVID-19?
Boring Cleaners are all fully trained and aware of the necessary measures to limit the risk of the current pandemic. All work is carried out wearing disposable latex gloves and any other required PPE depending on the service chosen. We always keep our distance and keep to a non-contact service. If we are unable to carry out a service without following government guidelines and ensuring our staff and customers are safe then we will advise for that service to be delayed to a further date.
